Lebron ”The King” James … or “The Rebounder” …”The Actor” “The Mid Range shooter” “The And 1” whatever you call him, call him “Mvp” and a “Winner.” After last night’s game there is no way the Knicks fell they can win this series. Heat punked the Knicks in a lopsided battle. Miami is tougher, smarter, and more in shape then the Spineless Knicks who continues to play selfish and unorganized basketball.

Bright side for New York, starters got some rest for the next game. What i didn’t understand is why Melo and Baron Davis did not play pick and role while Davis was hot. New York kept playing whoever gets it first after half court shoots. The result of that type of play is fast breaks and more opportunities for King James, Dwade and the Heat to jack up the score like they did.

If Knicks want a shot at upsetting the #2 seed, They must cut the turnovers down from 24 to 10 or less. Play smart, notice the hot hand and work a screen and roll game with Anthony. As far as defense go take Melo off of Lebron. Melo is not in shape for a Lebron James up and down battle and still trying to score 30. It will not work. It’s time for the Knicks to go to zone to slow this game down to have a chance. Until these changes are made Lebron will only have to play 3 quarters of basketball for the remaining of this series.

76ers (22-17) - (B-) Philly is no longer a NBA surprise. Good coaching, Young and believes in the system giving to them. 8-9 on the road is where (-) comes to play. Good teams win. Great teams win on the road.

Celtics (20-17) - (B) they are back from the dead and Rondo is kicking again. After Rondo trading block rumors, he has stepped up to the challenge of putting life back in to the OLD green machine. its not how you start the season, its how you finish it!!!

Knicks (18-20) - (C) Linsanity C is for cool. Knicks’ C is for Confused. Asking the Knicks to play defense is like asking a child to take a needle to their arm. They will not be happy doing it. That’s not why the Knicks are confused, they understand they can’t play D. They have a loaded roster of scorers, play makers and they only depend on two and half men on a half court set!!! Melo, Stoudemire and Lin. Note to the Knicks coaching staff. Its time to play a game called “Get it and Go!” Grab that rebound and push it and used that bench for fresh legs and energy. I believe Knicks can be a dangerous 6 seed.

Blog #1. WELCOME TO BAR! Gukentaj Eurobasket, My name is Akeem Scott, Also known as “Keem”. That word Gukentaj is a made up word, I figure since everybody in the world can read this, why not make up my own language! First, let me start by saying God is Good. He is my source and my strength in this amazing path he has giving me, while His one and only Son holds my hand. I’m the Point Guard for the upcoming Jamaican National team (watch out for us we get better every year.) Currently I’m a member of the 14-1 Montenegrin team call Monar Bar.

Bar is a beautiful City surrounded by Mountains and a large mass of clear blue water. In between the water and the mountains is us, the people of Bar!! Yes US. Ever since I fell in love with this girl name “Palacinke” I will not shy away from being Montenegrin. Monar Bar has the best President, best coaching staff and fans. The Head Coach is Mihajlo Pavicevic also known as Coach P. Toughest coach I ever played for. When He yells, I think I see Fire come out his mouth!!! He’s a Father first, everything he teaches in basketball it relates to life. He said to our team a couple weeks ago “If you keep losing in PRACTICE, how could you ever Win in LIFE!” quotes like this leads me to believe he cares about us as people. My team and I will fight hard every game to see him smile. Speaking of my team Monar Bar, We are young, very young but we know how to play hard. In the Locker room we sing Serbian songs, dance to Hip-hop and show each other respect. We are a family here in Bar. 14-1 in 1A Erste League, 5-3 in Balkan league. Good Season so far. As for me here are three cool facts you should know about me.

Brady's Record Game Not That Special

When I think of a great moment in sports, I think…Jordan leading the Bulls to victory in the NBA Finals against the Utah Jazz. In Game 5, Jordan scored 38 points with the FLU that could have killed him. Record breaking moments, I close my eyes and see Jerry Rice catching his 197th touchdown. What I don’t see is Brady’s Monday night performance over the Miami Dolphins.

Brady threw for 517 yards. Impressive? Yes, Very impressive? No. Ugg’s Posterchild is getting way too much credit. If it was the playoffs then lets go crazy. Maybe against a Raven’s defense, now we’re talking mission impossible. The Miami Dolphins!!! Week 1!!! Come on people, this record shattering performance is just as impressive as Kobe’s 81 point massacre against the Toronto Reebbachisauruses…. I mean Raptors. Your supposed to do this to Bums, Gumps and teams with under water mascots. Think about this, one of Tom’s passes went for 99 yards! 99 yards! Wes Walker walked into the end zone only being touched one time with one hand on one arm! The Dolphin’s secondary is terrible. The firing of Benny Sapp is the only thing I give credit to Brady for. Your so good Tom, the opposing teams players get fired after playing against you. Which also goes back to my first point. Mr.Brady was supposed to do this. The Dolphins had players on the field that were disposable and well…they were exposed and then disposed.

Hey Brady,throw for 517 yards against the Chargers. Play 19 games without LOSING ONE! Be a spokesmen for Prada. Now that’s special.

Weird things happen all the time in sports. I’ve chosen to call them out before they happen! The NFL is back…and the weird keeps smacking me in the face every weekend. I will not ignore the weird, I will not ignore the weird. Something I must repeat every time I see Vick fumble. John Beck showed some type of inkling of potential to the Redskins, saying “Hey coach, I might be the better QB for your system and not Grossman!” While Eli Manning tempts the Media to bash him the entire year with comments like “I feel I’m in the same class as Brady!” The Weird, the Brave and the Bold.

We at a time when rich people are screaming their broke and broke people are wishing they were rich, I started thinking, what do Donald Trump, MC Hammer and I have in common? We all want the hook-up! Well here’s my hook-up for you. Top Ten Hook-Ups you need to survive this new era and I’m not talking fitted hats.

10.) Mickey D’s- To know you can get a super-sized meal, nuggets and that new Frozen Lemonade for the cost of a small fry, is great pocket change saved.

9.) Walmart- Swipe one item let the next three go by free. Get your friend a nice X-mas gift. He/she is risking a lot to save you money. (Look up, that’s a camera.) lmao

8.) Foot Locker - The urban culture favorite hook-up. Any time you can look expensive for cheap, it’s a bargain we all a take.

7.) Hair Styles- More for the females, their hair cuts and hair styles are so expensive. Lucky you.. if your friend has skills with the scissors and hair dye.

6.)Hotel- Oh yeah, you can save me $30 a night, please hand over that I.D code. I’ve got 5 days in Vegas. I’m thinking about putting $200 on black. I might need that money saver.

5.)Event Tickets (sports & concerts)- Watching superstars is overrated. lol. Who am I kidding. To see Jayz, the New York Football Giants and Justin Bieber for a discount or even free is hard to beat.

4.)Best Buy-I know two people who work for best buy. With Best Buy’s employee discount you can make your house look like it belongs to the owner of a Fortune 500 company while working at Pets Mart, need I say more.

3.)Flights- The only way you can get a hook up with air travel is basically by being family with somebody who works for a company like Delta, Jet Blue, Southwest or Air Tran. Two words, Buddy pass. To be able to fly around the U.S for damn near free is basically unbeatable. It is beatable though, see below.

2.)Gas-How the hell do you get a gas hook-up? Only one person comes to mind for me. George Bush, every time gas prices go up he chuckles.

1.) Bartender- Yes, the bartender is number one. For the rest of our lives we will all need a bartender to serve us a drink or two or three. When you’re down, what do you do? When you party, what do you do? When your bored, sometimes you go “Hell, let’s go get a drink.” Who serves those drinks? Yeah, you got it Mister and Misses Smarty. You got it, Bartender’s serve drinks.

In this new era, getting over is a must. Getting over sounds so negative. What is a good word for getting what you want for less than its price?….Hook-ups, we all need them no matter what our income is. If you are a Heat fan and you see at least 3 out of the 6 facts happening, start praying for a miracle win.

1. Barea – Scores 10-14pts

2.Chandler – Double-Double (Points and Rebounds)

3. Dirk- 25 points or Better

4. Jason Terry + Jason Kidd OR Jason Terry + Deshawn Stevenson score 30 points or more combined.

5. Bosh - Any time Chris Bosh is leading the Heat in scoring, chances are they’re going to lose.

6. James – Lebron James doesn’t score over 8 points in the 4^th quarter.

Hey, if I was watching my favorite team play I would want to know when my feelings were going to be hurt…before it happens. Think of me as that friend that’s always trying to get you to do right, but somehow you do the opposite and at the end of the day he says “I told you so!”

Welcome to my Mock Draft. Express your concerns under comments, then again, don’t. This Draft Class is weaker than Popeye before he eats his spinach.

1. Cavs- Derrick Williams (Arizona). Hands down, he’s the best equipped player in this Draft.

2. Timberwolves- Enes Kanter (Kentucky)- Add more power to the block with Love. (Rebuilding & Rebounding).

3. Jazz- Jonas Valanicunas (Lithuania) -Get a big early and get Jimmer later.

4. Cavs- Kyrie Irving (Duke)- I dont trust Duke players. Great in college and then become regular role players in the NBA. This kid was injured most of the season and then ducks the NBA Draft Camp. What are you hiding?

5. Raptors- Kemba Walker (Uconn) - The best proven Guard in the Draft. Walker is undoubtedly a leader. He needs his own team and country. Welcome to Kemba, Canada.

6.Wizards- Kawhi Leonard (San Diego State)- There is no such thing as to many athletes on one team. A slasher, who will keep up with the young stud John Wall.

7. Kings- Brandon Knight (Kentucky) - Good scorer with great agility. More of a combo Guard, but can help speed this offense up and become more exciting.

8.Pistons- Bismack Biyombo (Congo)- Can be picked up by any team, at anytime. The Pistons seem to fit, because Detroit is used to a hard nose defender in the paint. Biyombo already knows his role…BLOCK EVERYTHING.

9.Bobcats- Tristan Thompson (Texas)- Efficient scorer, I truly believe this kid has the ability to be turned into a solid Small Forward. Thompson shows impressive ball handling skills and has a jump shot that’s extremely underrated.

10.Bucks- Alec Burks (Colorado) -6’6” shooting Guard who will add a great 1- 2 punch with Jennings. They need scorers and Burks can fill it up.

The hype about the Draft is so dead, it’s time for the NBA to wake up and send Scouts to Europe to search for Americans who can possibly be a diamond in the rough. College kids are coming out too early and becoming under achievers.
